A new study from the German Centre for Higher Education Research and Science Studies (DZHW) has found that researchers with a doctorate in educational careers and graduate employment are in high demand.
The study, which was published in the journal "Higher Education", found that researchers with this type of doctorate are more likely to be employed in tenure-track positions at research-intensive universities than those with other types of doctorates.
The study also found that researchers with a doctorate in educational careers and graduate employment are more likely to be published in top-tier journals and to receive research grants.
